Payment
All prices on the website are indicated in US dollars if the site is viewed from outside of Russia. At the moment of check out process the price will be indicated in Russian rubles (requvirement of Bank in Russia), which is equivalent to the price in US dollars indicated at the beggining.
You can simply pay your purchase with Visa or Mastercard of any issued Bank.
If you wish to pay via PayPal or BTC, contact us by e-mail: info@chaosdivinestore.com and we provide you a crypto – link or PayPal related e-mail.
Delivery
As our stock remains in 2 countries: Indonesia & Russia so international or domestic orders are shipped by registered post of these countries, EMS or DHL. The shipping price will be added to your order during the checkout process.
All international orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and estimated delivery times are between 4-12 working days.
All items based in Moscow can be delivered via courier or be self picked up at Vin Zavod

Returns & Exchange / Refunds Policies
Return or exchange is possible within 3 days from the delivery date. Return delivery is on customer expence.
For return or exchange please contact us:
info@chaosdivinestore.com and provide order number, item description or code, reason of return or exchange (size or color exchange)
Size or Color exchange can be done only if a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item also accepted.
The tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards of returns. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Full item cost will be return to the customer within 3 – 5 days from the day of item return back to seller.
Delivery fee is non refundable.
Return delivery is on customer expence.
Customer clearance & duty
Please check your country IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges.
For dear European customers please be aware of new EU VAT (Value Added Tax) regulations starts July 1, 2021 – all of your international purchase will be subjected by TAX dictated by your country’s customs rate, and this will be payable either directly to the customs office, or to the courier. Please note that as the customer you are responsible for all import fees, which can vary depending country.
If the parcel is undelivered due to customer refusal to pay import duties, we are not liable. Refusal to pay import duties does not mean that the parcel will be safely returned to us. We will only refund the purchase if and when the parcel is returned to us. The refusal process can attract significant returns fees, which will be deducted from the return value.
Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Refusal to complete customs information or payment may result in a confiscated parcel, which we are not responsible for.
Being a nomad anarchist we will happily provide you with lower price invoice for lower taxation but it is on behalf of the customer to figure out the details of necessary receipt or invoice or if the tax has to be payed from the price mention in the invoice.

Adress
Most parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no one is available to receive your parcel, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot. If you would like to return an item please be aware that the first attempted date of delivery will be counted as date in which goods were received.
Please note, we are unable to ship to hotels or PO Boxes, so please use a private address only.
Changes to your order
We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been sent. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before going forward with your order, we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
